TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Notice: This Service Agreement is for a minimum of one (1) year. All airtime is billed from Indian in Indian Rupites (INR).

(1) Availability of Limited Service:

Service is generally available to satellite terminals equipped for this service when within the satellite footprint. Service is furnished to Customer or Customer’s authorized user. A telephone number may not appear in more than one terminal. Customer has no property right in such number. jGET reserves the right to assign, designate, or change such number when, in its sole discretion, such action is reasonably necessary in the conduct of its business.

(2) jGET Service:

Customer has contracted jGET to provide the service and pricing under the terms detailed within this Agreement. Customer agrees to remain a subscriber for ONE year from the date of service activation and to pay applicable activation, monthly service, service usage fees, and any applicable taxes. jGET reserves the right to change rates at any time. Unlimited plans do not cover calls between different satellite service providers, billed at $12 per minute in INR. Unlimited service plans are for US-based customers, with 90% of call time to a US-based number.

(3) Data Transmission Use & Dropped Calls:

jGET makes no representation on data call success. Customer agrees to pay for all voice or data call attempts, regardless of success. Dropped calls will not be credited. Customer is responsible for correct use, optimal transmission, and acknowledges potential airtime bills.

(4) Changes/Early terminations/Contractual Limitations:

During the contract, customer upgrades renew the contract for 12 months from the effective date. All service plans renew automatically unless jGET receives written notice of termination.

(5) Renewal:

All service plans automatically renew unless jGET receives written notice before the contract term ends.

(6) Assignment:

This Service Agreement cannot be assigned without the written consent of jGET.

(7) Notice of Change/Termination:

Notice must be in writing to jGET Customer Service at least thirty (30) days before contract expiration. jGET reserves the right to terminate the contract during the period.

(8) Invoicing and Guarantee of Payment of Services:

jGET invoices monthly or annually. Payments are due upon receipt or per approved Net terms. Customer is responsible for all airtime charges. Direct billing is subject to credit approval.

(9) Taxes:

Service price excludes taxes; customer pays directly or reimburses jGET.

(10) Deposits:

Subject to credit approval, jGET may require deposits, refunded at service termination if all airtime is paid.

(11) Foreign Credit Cards:

Foreign cards accepted after verification. jGET may decline any transaction. Deposits still apply.

(12) Non-Payment/Breach:

Late charges apply. jGET may charge decommissioning/reactivation fees. Returned checks incur a $35.00 fee in INR.

(13) Limitation of Liability:

jGET provides no warranties except as stated. No liability for interrupted service unless due to gross negligence. No liability for acts beyond reasonable control.

(14) Subscriber Terminals and Equipment:

jGET is not responsible for equipment installation, operation, or maintenance. Customer is liable for charges until proper documentation of stolen equipment is received.

(15) Licensing:

Customers operating in foreign territories must obtain necessary licensing. jGET does not guarantee authority outside territories allowing trans-border operations.

(16) Governing Law:

This contract is governed by the laws of the India and applicable tariffs.

(17) Legal Proceedings:

Legal proceedings must be brought in India . Both parties submit to jurisdiction and waive objections.

(18) Return/Refund Policy:

30-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs deducted. Non-returnable items listed. Defective products shipped by jGET or the manufacturer.

NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE items include: Prepaid Airtime Cards | Monthly Service Plan Charges | Docking Stations | Cable | Marine Internet Systems from Cobham, Intellian and KVH | Satellite Television systems from Intellian | VSAT satellite systems from Viasat, Hughes, Cobham or Paradigm | Any online order less than $100 in INR| Special order or made to order products or accessories | GPS tracking units.
