For urgent requirements, we also leverage multiple airlines for same-day shipping needs. It is important to note that jGET reserves the right to either hold shipment or cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Back Orders:

In the event of back-ordered items, our customer service team will promptly communicate with you via e-mail. If an order can be partially fulfilled, we will ship the in-stock items without any additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment.

International Shipments:

For orders shipped to countries outside the Singapore, please be aware that they may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the recipient may be liable for these additional costs.
